We make every effort to display our candles’ colours, scents, and descriptions accurately. As each candle is hand-poured in small batches, slight variations in appearance are natural and not considered faults.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, Afterpay, and Google Pay. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, though changes will not affect orders already placed.
4. Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
5. Shipping
Shipping costs and estimated timeframes are outlined on our Shipping Info page. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.
