Damaged or Faulty Items
If your candle arrives damaged or faulty,
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@circassiancandles.com.au with a photo of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Change of Mind
As our candles are handcrafted small batch products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully.
Order Cancellations
